As the associate researcher of the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, he was employed as the first batch of scientific specials of Laizhou City, Shandong Province in 2004 and was rated as excellent scientific special in 2005. He hosted and participated in many tasks of the state, Ministry of Science and Technology, Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, etc which related to the artificial breeding technology of flounders and groupers.
